For our Premier event / wedding package, we bring in over $15,000 worth of sound and lighting equipment, whereas most DJs would bring in a single pair entry level speakers, one amp and a single light tripod with simple effect lighting worth about $5,000. Do pro audio brands names really matter? Yes they do. Not all disc jockeys use the same equipment. At Big Star Mobile Entertainment we utilize only high end professional grade equipment like Eastern Acoustic Works (EAW), Allen & Heath, Lab Gruppen, Pioneer, and Martin.

We do not utilize entry level equipment like American Audio, Gemini, Peavey, or B-52 and will never sacrifice the success of your event by using inferior gear.   The clarity and resolution of both announcements and music will clearly come through for all to hear.
